State Level Program Awards
Each year the State receives applications from Councils for the State Program Awards, and once again we are accepting your applications.  Please see the attached State Program Team Awards application.  Applications will be accepted up to March 15, 2025.

State Blessed McGivney Award Applications
Those submitting a Priest for nomination for the Father McGivney Award are asked to complete the attached “Father McGivney Award Application” in its entirety.  This application must be completely filled out in order for your nomination to be accepted.  I would suggest if you need to obtain additional information from your nominee, you contact them early so they can provide such information to you in time for the review process.  All nominations for the Father McGivney Award will be reviewed by a separate Committee charged with reviewing the applications and submitting to the State Deputy for award and submission to Supreme Council.  This award is one of the most prestigious awards of our Order and we ask that you provide all of the necessary information so that the Committee can select the best candidate from Pennsylvania for the Father McGivney Medal.

FAMILY OF THE YEAR
If you plan on submitting an application for “State Family of the Year” please use the attached application.  Previous applications for Family of the Month will not be accepted for State Family of the Year.  You must complete the attached application if you would like someone to be considered for State Family of the Year.
